A lot of people say

A lot of people say these words: "When your sad, it's best to write them down. " You've heard them before. So, do YOU think writing things down will help? I don't think so. All you do is writing it down, it does no good, it's only like talking to a friend about it. Which is better, talking to a friend or writing it down? None of these solve any problem. Sometimes I think that if I talk about my worries and problems, the burden on my heart would weigh less. That's not true at all( Well, at least to me!)! It was supposed to make my heart weigh less, but all it does is make it weigh even heavier. And if you read these words, and you don't like it, forget what I wrote all on this post. So now, I want YOUR opinion on what you think about all this I have been talking about.

  1. Michelle, I have to say it depends on individual people. For me, I write about my strongest emotions. Once, I had my heart broken and I wrote a poem about it. I usually write poems about life and love.

  4. I agree with you, sometimes it helps me, but most of the time it doesn't. All it usually does is make stare down at what I wrote and make me feel worse.
