Would you wish that you had the same life as a character?

I wish sometimes that I was a character in a book because some characters have things that I want like a nice school, and cool friends (not saying that I hate my friends and school). There are some characters that are dectectives or magicians that can solve and disappear things. And that always make me think that if you're an author you can do anything.
