reading at Glenta Glen camp

On the way to the Grenta Glen Camp in the bus I read two chapters from the book Cirque Du Freak(book 1)and while in the cabin I also read few pages from the same book before going to sleep while the light was open and while I was reading I could hear all different kinds of noise from the animals outside like the birds and it sound very good and it made me got into the book and I have a very good dream.Did anyone like the noise from the nature and was reading their book at night.
