This book is very good. It is a memoir and it shows about the problems she have been through. I like how she wrote it in a comical way. This book talks about her life during the war and how many people died. It is very sad. The main character is Marjane. She is also the author of the book. "Persepolis" means the city. I recommend this to middle schoolers and up.
