The Breadwinner

This book is a good book. It was written by Deborah Ellis. It was about a family in the Middle East who was in a city controlled by the Taliban solders which was a terrorist group who used to control most of Afghanistan. The main character is Parvana, a poor girl in a family of used to be doctors and teachers until they came to Afghanistan and was under Taliban rule. Her father used to be a teacher in Afghanistan until part of his leg was blown off when a bomb hit the school he taught in. He also went to I think Cambridge in the United Kingdom. On the other hand the mother used to be a doctor but like her husband she is not a teacher or doctor anymore. Later on in the story Parvana meets one of her old friends back when they had school. Later on in the story when almost in the end of the story she meets her father again after he was captured and thrown in jail because he was a teacher. In the end Parvana and her friend meet up and promised to each other that they would meet in the Eifel Tower in Paris,France 20 years from the future. Parvana went out of the country while her friend became a sheep herder. Would there be a another chapter to the story or not? What do you think? Would the two friends meet?
