The Book Thief

This book caught the hearts of millions of book-lovers in the country. In this book( I forgot how we were suppose to write this), a young girl named Liesel Meminger was sent to a foster family after losing her brother and her mother. Her new foster parents, Rosa and Hans Hubermann, have greeted her with kindness since she came to 33 Himmel Street. Now, she has been stealing books from burning piles of knowledge wrapped in a leathery paper cover. This story is narrated by Death(yes, I know this sounds weird). Soon after she was stealing books to quench her thirst for words, Max Vandenburg, a Jewish fist fighter, was sent to the residents of 33 Himmel Street. Max was living in their basement for the past 14 months and has not seen the outside world, only once but that was when the air raid had happened. I would say more but it would be too long! At the end, the Germans lost, Max was set free and Liesel died, but before her soul was taken away by death himself, they walked along the side walk in Australia(yes I know it's an amazing site their) and gave Liesel her black book that she was given by the mayors wife. After that, the death of millions of people tasted just like cherries. Note: What I said at the end was my quote, not death's quote

i just finished reading Dead Perfect and it was so good, a woman was about to die because of a sickness. She only had a few days to live. she finds this guy who she stalks and one day she went to his house b/c she assumes he's a vampire. well he is one he already noticed that she's been following him for some time and that's pretty weird but something weirder is that, he could have killed her but he didnt...he lived bby himself and was pretty lonely. anyway, so when she had the courage to come to his house. he also notices that she's dying soon. he takes her in and provides her some of his blood to heal her, but it doesnt last long. ronan the vampire, is also a writter and he doesnt put his pictures or any identity on anything so no one knnows who he is. they just knnow that the book he write are really good. so, he needs....................welll, i think i've said too much. i dont want to ruin the book. :D .. hope you get to read it some day. i think its an old book though(its my moms..shh)

Maybe it's because Facebook is better than this. <--- SO TRUE ! If Teacher Benaline is reading this then I have A LOT to say. DEAR TEACHER BENALINE, 8th grade is stressful. High schools are coming on to me so fast. All the 6th graders wished you were their teachers, and they envy me for having you last. We had some new teachers; Teacher Steve (social studies), and ... some other lower grades teachers. WHERE ARE YOU ? DON'T YOU EVER HAVE TIME TO VISIT?! ): . I was looking through my old emails and deleting things, and i saw T. Benaline's invite to bloggers. I actually went on and i'm still logged in! I'm actually reading all of the book recommendations and things.

Lotion Fight!

One day in 7th grade, two best friends, Cynthia and Amy, were heading towards T. Debbie's desk to retrieve the scissors.

Then they both spotted some bottles of hand moisturizers from Bath and Body Works for all to use. Amy picked one up and read the name, "Dark Kiss." Amy opened the bottle and squeezed a handful of lotion.

Then, she sniffed it and winced at the strong smell. "STINKS!" she exclaimed.

Cynthia took a whiff. "It smells good!"

"What?! It broke my nose just from smelling it!"

"Hahaha! I'll have it."

She took the lotion from Amy's hands and spread it on her arms.

Then she waved her hands in the air to extend the odor of dark kisses.

Amy looked at her best friend and thought, Oh yeah? I know another fragrance that will bring you down!

She grabbed another bottle which said "Sea Island Cotton" and squeezed some into her palms.

Now, Cynthia winced at the new smell. "EHH!" she said. "Smells good! HA!" Amy said with a smile.

This odor war still continues.

Amy's hand sanitizer would say "Red Velvet" and whenever Cynthia saw that, she would bring out "Lemon glaze."

They would both wave their hands in the air and spread the fragrant playfully.

"Hya!"

"Take that!"

This is what best friends do. :)

The Hostil Hospital

I am finiuse about the book called the hostil hospital and I wanted to recommend people about reading this book because. The book talk about being in a hospital and there was information in the story about how people do surgery and how people is busy all the time doing paper work and helping sick people feel better. This story is about a Baudelaire children that have been accuse of kelling some one but they did not so they go to a hospital and there sister was going to get her head cut off. This is a horrifying story for me to read but I wanted to read the book so that I can know what is in the hospital that people do and do not do. I give this book a 4 because of how there was so much sort page and how there was not enough action in the story and there was no strong ending of the story. I hope that if aany one come to blogger.com and not only me please keep reading and have fun too. :)

everlost

the book that I am reading today is called Everlost and this book is about a person is in a afterlife and have to find a way to come back to life and find there parent. This book is important for me because this remind me about my life when I was a child and I have to find out adventurous danger and learn new stuff on my journey. I recommend people to read this book because of how there are morals on every chapter like when there was a character name Alli and she was killed by a car accident and now she was with her brother and they have to stick together to find there home. This is the moral because they don't stick together but they trusted each other and agree with each other to walk there way to freedom. I only think 5th to 9th grade should read this because they are old enough and it is not about how old they are it is about how they understand and the reason why I don't want the 4th grade or the third grade to read this is because how they are starting to develop new word and learning how a good strategy to read a book with a chapter book. I understand now that in every size of book every book is useful for life time because there are information that related to peoples life and I want peoples to read a lot of book so that they can be a good read and I wish that I can tell a million peoples to tell them to share there book. I hope you have fun reading and I wish that teacher bill, teacher cristobold is here and teacher benduline I miss you guy if you are reading this and I hope you come back soon so that I can give you a big hug and a high five for coming back

It has been SOOOOOOOOO long since I have blogged

How long has it been since my last post? I don't know. But what I do know is that this 7th grade year is going by so fast. Also, I have been busy with homework lately. It is 2011 and I survived! Anyway, I recently finished a good book. It is a bit girly but I think it's great. It is called Philippa Fisher and the Dream-maker's daughter. It is the sequel to Philippa Fisher's Fairy Godsister. I wish I had a remote that controls the whole universe so I could go back in time. I liked it better in 6th grade than in 7th. In 7th grade, everything is a variation of 6th grade. I have to struggle to keep up. 7th grade is hard.

small books became big book

when I first read baby book about ant because I have to use information to my science fair project and when i first see a book call killer ant I was thinking this will last very sort because the page is just so sort and have lest information but I once read this book I was surprise that when I read this I understand why ant is impotant to the environment and why they are viscous and I understant all of that by using all my reading skill why does this happen what make them so help full and what happen. I KNOW THAT THIS BOOK IS NOT MY AVERAGE READING SKILL!but when there are small information you will get what are you reading than the big book. Small book can improve your reading skill but I am not asking that reading big book will not gave your level up but it is better to read to your self or to your family member so that you can improve more in your reading skill. I have learn this from my 6th grade teacher and my 7th grade teacher I did not said there name because I hate them I am just playing because I can't spell there name. I hope you have fun reading to your brother or sister and enjoy your reading PEACE YO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

picking a book out

Today I was thinking why don't a book have interest or what make it interesting
and what is the most important skill to have? so I was thinking in the past that most people in my class chose predicting more then wow moment. And this shock me because I was wondering why would my classmate use more predicting then wow moment as a skill to there reading. I think that people read more predicting skill in reading because it is easy for them to use predicting as a skill then using wow moment in reading. The thing that I don't understand about the book is that what make it so boring to read and I know that it have long word or the never get to the point part but more then than that. I think people think the book is boring because when the peoples read the book the character in the book don't suit there personality like for example: Elmo kill the whole people by farting and peoples might think this is offensive to them by reading this book. And I have read a lot of book that have a lot of cures word in there that I don't like to read like Being A Slave book there is powerful word but not the feeling that I don't feel inside the character.

When I first read this book the character so how he can be positive of his work and how Percy never quit in his quest even if he is in a tough situation. If I was him I will be dead in one second because there is monster that is stronger then me or bigger than me but I would try to fight them because I won't let peoples let me down. I love to read Percy Jackson because it has a lot of action and I love to read action book because it is easy for me to imaging the image in my head. Another thing that I like to read Percy Jackson book is that there are mystery waiting to the next page and that remind me of a time when I felt something very horrible that is await me in the next day. I recommend you to read Percy Jackson book because the book teach me a lot of stuff that I don't know for Example: Percy Jackson have left his mother to protect his friend and his peoples but I wonder Percy make a lot of risk to protect some one he love. And if I was Percy I would save my friend too even if they hate me I will away be there. So I hope you get Percy Jackson book and away blog about what you love about your book and have fun READING!

It has been VERY LONG since I've blogged.

Anyway, I just want to talk and write down my thoughts on how I'm feeling.

I miss 6th grade.

I think 7th grade is passing by so fast.

7th grade is complicated.

I like reading books.

I want a bigger vocabulary.

I wish I had free time.

I don't like going to Chinese school.

Need Books

I've been reading a lot of good books like the Chronicles of Vladimir Tod- IT'S A REALLY GOOD BOOK! But is there any other recommendation on books? Because I've been finishing a lot of books lately that i like, I don't what to read now. Thank you for your Cooperation

Anything new?

So, is there anything new yet? New books? New friends? New anything? If not, that's not good! It's a new school year and everyone should have something to say about. At least one. For me, one new thing is that I get to make some friends from my class. Because the teachers switch up the students a bit, so I made friends with those people. I hope everyone is enjoying their year so far!
